Crispin Porter + Bogusky, a month after splitting with longtime creative leader Rob Reilly, has recast its top management.

Steve Erich, a 10-year veteran of the agency who most recently was a partner and managing director, assumes the role of president—succeeding Jeff Steinhour, a founding partner who shifts to vice chairman. At the same time, Mike Saunter, the former CFO of Warner Music International, is joining the agency as chief operating officer. Andrew Keller remains CEO.

In his new job, Erich will oversee the agency's five offices—in Boulder, Colo., Los Angeles, Miami, London and Gothenburg, Sweden—and play a leading role in new business development.

Steinhour, meanwhile, will focus on key client relationships, staffing in account management and recruiting, while Saunter, naturally, will steer operations. Before Warner Music, Saunter worked at EMI Group and Sony Entertainment.

In a statement about the moves, Keller said they illustrated a "commitment to offering our clients compelling, strategic and innovative creative in the most streamlined, efficient and effective ways."
