A former account executive at Crispin Porter + Bogusky is rejoining the company as managing director in Boulder to help the agency's largest office handle additional growth.

Devin Reiter is returning to the agency from McCann Erickson in New York, where he worked as evp and executive account director overseeing the Verizon FiOS, USPS and New York Lottery accounts.

Reiter will work alongside CP+B Boulder's other managing director, Danielle Whalen, to focus on clients, employees, new business, cultural and overall management. In a statement announcing Reiter's return, CP+B global CEO Lori Senecal said a second managing editor was needed in Boulder to handle organic growth and new business.

"We have small, tight teams of hands-on doers who are in charge of creating the very best work," Senecal said. "So when an office becomes too large for one MD to have meaningful personal impact on each and every client business, we need to expand our leadership to deliver this promise. We now have that in Boulder with Danielle and Devin joining forces."

During his first go-round at CP+B, Reiter led efforts for the Microsoft family of brands such as Windows Phones and Bing. Reiter also worked with other companies and organizations including American Express and the Gates Foundation.

"This is a tremendous time to be at CP+B," Reiter said in a statement. "The focus on being nimble, inventive and creative is the right approach for the agency of today and of the future. I have worked at different kinds of agencies and the chance to be back here, leading the office with Danielle is a great one. I can't wait for the many things we will accomplish together."
